Geneveve + Shalan Maternity – Hawaii Maternity Photographer

You might recognize the beautiful Geneveve and the handsome Shalan from my cover photo. I had the opportunity to photograph their wonderful wedding just under 2 years ago. I was excited to when they contacted me to photograph their maternity session. Geneveve selected Kua bay for it’s wonderful blue ocean, white sand, and contrasting black rock. We were treated to the most beautiful sunset as well. I think we all had fun rolling in the sand, and watching out for the waves. I can’t wait to meet their new baby. Congratulations to you guys!

MOPS Mother’s Day Celebration Photo Booth

I was contacted recently to help put together a photo experience for the Hilo Chapter of MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) for their Mother’s Day Celebration. I was excited to get to meet all the lovely ladies and kiddos. We had fun little mini-session to capture a Mom & Me image for each family. In a few days, I have a photo session with 20 Moms and their keiki (kids) to celebrate Mother’s Day. I made this backdrop for one of the background options. I wanted to test it out before heading over. So, J and I played at posing.
